How long for my online order to arrive? 

Items requested with free shipping will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked and will take up to 3-5 working days to arrive. We also use a trusted courier service who offer 1-2 day delivery if ordered before 12 PM, Any orders placed after 12 PM could take up to 48 hours.

What is your online exchange policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied we offer an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be undamaged, unworn and in the original packaging, please include in your email your online order number.

We offer an exchange of the item with a new pair in the same style, size and colour of original purchase, if we do not have stock we will offer you another pair at the same price, provide you with store credit or issue you a full refund. Store credit is issued via email in the form of a digital gift card, it can be used at any time and never expires.

What is your policy on damaged or defective footwear?

If you received a damaged or defective product, please email info@forgepoise.com with your order number and a photo of the footwear. We'll take care of you We offer a free service to get pairs back to us.

Please note the items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging with an order number and the usual 30 days applies. 

When can I expect my store credit?

Please allow 7 working days for your store credit. Once we have received and accepted your item(s) your store credit will be processed and we’ll send you a gift card via email.

I want my credit card refunded

We will refund the method of original payment after we have received your return and passed Quality Control, this can take up to 7 working days. You will receive a notification when the refund has been issued.

VAT Taxes and Duties

When ordering within EU, all additional charges such as VAT/tax and duties are included in the given price. 

When ordering outside EU, all prices exclude VAT/tax and duties. Price also excludes costs for physical inspection at customs in countries where this is required. Please note that we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

*For orders to the US VAT/Tax and duties are included in the given price for orders under $800. For orders above $800 VAT/tax and duties will be applied.
